About More at Lindex
More at Lindex is Lindex’s loyalty programme. Membership is the key to special offers and benefits. As a member of More at Lindex, you also get personalised offers and benefits, plus communication that's tailored to you based on your purchase history, choices and preferences.
You can update your settings and decide which channels you want to receive communication from us via, e.g. email or text, at any time through My Lindex on lindex.com or via the Lindex app. You can also contact customer service for help.
- It is free of charge to be a member of More at Lindex.
- To become a member, you must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident.
- Membership is individual.
- The loyalty programme is valid nationwide.
Applying for membership
You can apply for membership in any Lindex store, at lindex.com or via the Lindex app.
Always identify yourself at the till so as not to miss out on membership benefits. You can do this using the Lindex app or your membership card when shopping. If you have an old shopping tag, you can use this to register your purchase.
Always identify yourself at the cash desk so as not to risk missing out. When shopping on lindex.com or via the Lindex app, you identify yourself by logging into your account.
Lindex may change the conditions of membership. If the changes are significant, you will be notified of them a month in advance by e-mail or text, and you may then opt to cancel your membership.
Membership is open-ended, subject to one month’s notice from Lindex. If your membership has been inactive and your last recorded purchase was more than 36 months ago, Lindex may cancel your membership. Lindex also reserves the right to cancel membership in the event of abuse. Abuse is where you do not comply with the agreed conditions or you allow other people to register purchases against your member account.
When you become a member of More at Lindex, we give you the option of creating a user account on lindex.com or in the Lindex app. On My Lindex, you can:
- View your personal details
- View your order history
- View your offers
- Opt out from direct marketing via email and SMS
Cancelling your membership
You can leave More at Lindex at any time by notifying Lindex Customer Service of this – using this form or by calling +44 203 005 0009.

Your benefits as a member
When you are a member of More at Lindex, we do our very best to ensure your experience is a personal one any time you use our services. This includes personalising the content and functions you use and the communication you receive, such as in product recommendations, suggestions for your wish list, saving shopping lists, saving your preferred delivery method to make future purchases easier or reminding you about forgotten or abandoned digital baskets or other actions that will make your experience of using our services as great and as smooth as possible.
In order to understand what kind of content should be shown to you, we analyse:
- How web sites and other digital channels are used (for example, which web pages and sections of web pages have been visited and what searches have been made).
- Purchase history
- Age and place of residence
- Results from customer satisfaction or marketing studies.
Our ambition is to get to know you, so that we can give you tailor-made offers and discounts that we think you will particularly enjoy.
To be able to do this, we process personal data such as contact details (email address, telephone number, address, customer number), your purchase history, user behaviour on our website or app, whether you have clicked on Lindex ads on third-party channels, how often our newsletters are opened, and responses to customer surveys. Since our analyses are built on preferences based on members' personal data, different members can get different offers, discounts and communication.
As a member, you may get invites to various customer events.
So that you can enjoy the benefits of being a member and get information about your membership or other exciting things happening here at Lindex, you can also receive communication from us through a variety of channels, e.g. email, text, social media, apps or other similar channels.

Lindex is not liable for losses or damages suffered because of technical errors, impaired functions or other similar errors relating to your membership of More at Lindex. This does not apply to liability that cannot be waived according to mandatory legislation.
Lindex will not be liable for losses caused by legal acts, actions by public authorities, acts of war, strikes, blockades, boycotts, lock-outs or other similar circumstances. This disclaimer in the case of strikes, blockades, boycotts and lock-outs will apply even if Lindex itself takes or is the object of such hostile measures. Nor is Lindex obliged in other cases to pay compensation for damages arising where Lindex has taken normal care.
